Music is one of my favourite things in the world. I love listening to it. It inspires me. It motivates me. It gets me excited. It makes me feel positive about myself and about my life.
I love all kinds of Music except that horrible Techno Music. I’m not a huge fan of Opera also. I have to admit Country Music would be one of my favourite types of Music.
My favourite thing to do on a night out is Karaoke. I think it is very funny and great fun. I think it brings everyone together in the bar and have fun and make new friends. If you can sing or you can’t sing (like myself) it great fun.
I believe Music is the best thing to do for your positive Mental Health. When I am feeling low Music lifts my spirits. It relaxes me. It makes me happy. I am excited about my future about my journey in life. Music makes you reminisce about the past if you heard a song in a place that song will make you always remember that memory. This is why I believe Music is so good for your mental health.
Music sometimes determines my mood, I could be sad from listening to sad songs, happy because of I listened to happy songs, excited because I listened to uplifting and motivational songs. I think if I did not have music in my life I would not be the person I am today.
